(Ages 50+) This total body workout includes: cardiovascular, floor exercises, weight training and yoga pilates.  Students work at their own level and pace.  Body Spot Silver is designed to strengthen the heart and lungs, tone and increase body strength, and improve flexibility and stability.  Bring a set of hand weights and an exercise mat.  Doctor's release and liability waivers are required before attending the class (see Senior Center front desk for necessary forms).  MUST be a current member of the Brighton Senior Center to attend class.  Taught by Judy McGowan.


Classes are available on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00-10:30am at the Brighton Senior Center.


**Starting March 16th through April 29th we will be doing a $3.00 per class fee ONLY!  Due to COVID limitations space is not guaranteed!  It is recommended that you pre-register for each class.  See the Senior Center Front Desk for sign up sheet and to pay!  Unfortunately we are not offering refunds for missed classes.

(Ages 50+)  Join us for Yoga poses done in a chair that are appropriate for all fitness levels.  Benefits include: Increased circulation to joints; increased muscle strength; body, heart & mind activation.  No experience necessary.  Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water & smile!  Taught by Yoga Center for Healthy Living.


Classes are available on Tuesdays, 11:00-11:45am at the Brighton Senior Center.

(Ages 18+) April showers bring May flowers! Join us for an evening of Bingo and springtime fun!  We will play 10 different games (minimum) including: traditional, 4 corners, fill the card and more!  There will be prizes and awards for the winners and even a few for the non-winners.  

Due to COVID restrictions, space is LIMITED and pre-registration is required!  We will NOT be selling tickets at the door.  Due to space limitations there are no refunds unless the event is cancelled by Brighton Community Ed.  Ages 18 & over ONLY!

For this event we are pre-selling snack packs for $4 each.  The snack pack contains a slice of pizza, bag of chips, sweet treat and a drink.   No outside food or drink is allowed... Concessions (chips, pop/water, and candy) will be available for purchase.

Membership at The Brighton Senior Center is open to individuals 50 years and older.  We offer socialization events, educational & informational seminars, exciting travel opportunities, senior assistance programs, enrichment classes, transportation, volunteer opportunities and much more!
